Your Role The Healthcare Staffing Coordinator is responsible for developing, managing, and adjusting staff schedules to ensure adult clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) consistently receive services. This role requires high-level English proficiency, strong organization, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while taking personal accountability for one\'s actions. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain weekly staff schedules. Match staff to client needs based on availability and qualifications. Respond to schedule changes, staff absences, and urgent coverage needs promptly and professionally. Communicate confirmed schedules to staff and supervisors clearly. Track attendance and report concerns to management. Maintain accurate records of all scheduling changes while safeguarding sensitive information. Demonstrate professionalism in all communications with staff and management. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in scheduling, workforce management, or administration. High-level spoken and written English communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment independently and with accountability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Healthcare or caregiving scheduling experience (preferred).
