Think of yourself as the person who is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process throughout the organization. As a Recruiter, you will: Perform day‑to‑day recruitment functions and duties related to but not limited to the following: Job Analysis Sourcing & Profiling Screening and Selection Documentation & Reporting Requirements: At least 2 years of working experience in end‑to‑end recruitment or talent acquisition Bachelor’s/College Degree (preferably in HR management, Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent) Good computer skills, including familiarity with both Microsoft and Google applications (such as Docs, Sheets & Slides) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills in database management and record keeping Excellent interpersonal skills How We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
