Job Description Summary The Leasing Executive/Manager is expected to develop and deliver optimum revenue‑generating leads and clients, support the team in achieving revenue targets, build strong business acumen strategies, provide insights on current market trends, and manage existing and future clients. About the Role Prepare standard and customized lease proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and lease agreements. Facilitate lease negotiations and documentation. Coordinate charges with landlords and clients on occupancy decisions. Coordinate and execute property inspections. Ensure proper client services to tenants. Oversee overall tenant relations such as renewals, rent reviews, and other necessary transactions. Adhere to the latest leasing policies of the organization. About You At least 1–2 years of sales/business development experience for the Executive role and at least 4 years for the Manager role. A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or marketing. Self‑motivated hunter who thrives on generating new business and expanding market share. Experience across corporate real‑estate activities is useful but not essential. Ability to build pipeline from scratch—cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, etc. Ability to work and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth team environment.
