Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Position JBS Lease Administration Reporting To Team Lead/Assistant Manager Lease Administration Key Stakeholders Account managers, Hub Leads, Clients and their teams Direct Reports Nil Job Summary We are looking for a Lease Administration professional with a high level of independence and an impeccable commitment to quality. The role involves abstracting lease information, ensuring accurate data entry, and collaborating with internal teams to support JLL clients. Responsibilities Work independently without close supervision to provide consistent and qualitative Lease Administration abstraction services. Obtain appropriate lease documentation and work closely with colleagues in other Lease Administration teams to complete workloads timely and accurately. Escalate issues and participate in scope discussions as needed. Abstract critical and key information from leases and other contract documents and enter data into lease database systems. Cross‑check and verify abstracted data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of system reports. Perform lease document matching, review completeness, and record information into the Master Document Control Log / Document Trackers. Resolve document and abstraction‑related queries with internal stakeholders. Review landlord invoices to ensure adherence to lease requirements. Prepare area, cost‑schedule, and events variance reports for validation projects. Maintain processes and procedures in compliance with internal and external policies. Document business processes, train and mentor new team members, audit work, and contribute to a large team while upholding JLL values. Qualifications University graduate with at least 3 years of lease abstraction experience, preferably in real‑estate commercial leases. Experience using property management / lease administration systems. Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and strong project‑management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain accurate data and prioritize work under tight deadlines. Readiness to adapt to change, receptive to new ideas, and proactive in providing solutions for client needs. Attention to detail, integrity, and high workplace ethics.
