Your Role Generate and qualify new sales opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline, passing qualified leads to Sales Representatives. Execute outbound campaigns through personalized outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, and digital touchpoints) to engage decision‑makers in advertising, marketing, and media industries. Research target markets, accounts, and buyer personas to build accurate lead lists and tailored prospecting approaches. Manage campaign activities, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and actionable reporting. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback from prospects, and improve campaign effectiveness. Stay informed about the global BPO market, industry trends, and competitor offerings. What You Need – Non‑negotiables Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience generating leads for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation. Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong listening ability. Highly self‑motivated, results‑driven, and adaptable in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment. Preferred Skills / Expertise Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Background in sales training, pre‑call planning, or consultative selling.
