Responsibilities- Proactively generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrate Cartrack’s solutions to decision-makers.
- Exceed monthly sales targets while building a strong and sustainable pipeline.
- Maintain accurate reporting and activity tracking through CRM.
- Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive, fleet, or related industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
- Must be willing to work onsite.
- Uncapped commissions with achievable monthly targets.
