If you’re looking to build your career in an exciting industry backed by the stability and reputation of our group, this opportunity is for you The Corporate Leasing Manager oversees the end-to-end leasing process of office spaces within a building or portfolio, ensuring occupancy targets are met while fostering strong tenant relationships and maximizing revenue. Their key responsibilities include: 1. Leasing & Tenant Acquisition Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new tenants. Market available office spaces through online listings, brokers, and networking. Conduct property tours for prospective tenants. Negotiate lease terms and rental rates to align with company goals. Prepare and execute lease agreements and related documentation. 2. Tenant Relations & Retention Maintain strong relationships with current tenants to ensure high retention rates. Address tenant concerns and coordinate with property management for issue resolution. Facilitate lease renewals and extensions. Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions. 3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Monitor market trends, rental rates, and occupancy levels. Analyze competitors’ leasing strategies and adjust pricing accordingly. Provide insights to management on demand for office spaces. 4. Financial & Operational Responsibilities Work with finance teams to forecast revenue and rental income. Track lease expirations and develop strategies for renewals or replacements. Collaborate with property management to maintain building conditions and appeal. 5. Compliance & Legal Coordination Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Work with legal teams to resolve disputes or contract-related issues. Stay updated on zoning laws and commercial leasing regulations. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field . 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, property management, or tenant relations. Strong background in negotiating and executing lease agreements. Experience working with landlords, corporate tenants, and real estate brokers. Must be willing to travel to oversee the different properties.
