This role oversees tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, renewals and tenant relationship management. Duties And Responsibilities Develop and implement leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goals Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and tenant opportunities Recommend rental rates, lease terms and incentive packages aligned with approved strategies Manage end-to-end lease negotiations, from prospecting to contract signing Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants Oversee lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and terminations Network with brokers, agents, and corporate tenants to generate leads Identify opportunities to secure new tenants Monitor leasing performance against budget and KPI Collaborate with finance and asset management on rent collection Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise leasing officers, provide training and manage performance Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture within the leasing team Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company\'s values. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field At least 7 years experience in leasing, with at least 3 years in leadership role Strong track record in closing deals for office, retail, or mixed-use developments Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, laws and contracts Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
