About the Role Concerted Management Corporation, the support group of the number one motorcycle dealer in the Philippines, Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Process Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business processes, ensuring efficiency and quality. This key role will be based in our Mandaluyong City office. What You'll Be Doing Supervise and coordinate the activities of the business process team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Monitor and analyze business process performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Provide training and guidance to team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with organizational goals. Escalate and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the business processes. Maintain detailed records and documentation of business processes and activities. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a business process-oriented environment. Strong understanding of business process management methodologies and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills with the ability to think critically. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive process improvements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Experience in training and developing team members to enhance their capabilities. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
