Responsibilities
  • Processing new subscription orders including set up of all required customer details, invoicing and payment arrangements
  • Level 1 online customer enquiries management (via email)
  • Updating CRM (Simple / One Bill / HubSpot) immediately upon completion of a task/action
  • Ad-hoc tasks to support the on-shore team performance and growth
  • Other duties as needed to support customer experience objectives
Qualifications
  • High level of written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Experience in similar role (customer service/sales/tech support) preferred
  • Preferred similar role in the retail Telco industry or similar
  • Computer literate & technically competent
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Time management & prioritization
  • Proactive
Employment details
  • Initially part time (20 hours/week) with an opportunity to move to full time after 3-6 months
