Responsibilities- Processing new subscription orders including set up of all required customer details, invoicing and payment arrangements
- Level 1 online customer enquiries management (via email)
- Updating CRM (Simple / One Bill / HubSpot) immediately upon completion of a task/action
- Ad-hoc tasks to support the on-shore team performance and growth
- Other duties as needed to support customer experience objectives
- High level of written English
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Experience in similar role (customer service/sales/tech support) preferred
- Preferred similar role in the retail Telco industry or similar
- Computer literate & technically competent
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Time management & prioritization
- Proactive
- Initially part time (20 hours/week) with an opportunity to move to full time after 3-6 months
