Summary of Duties:
The Online Training & Consultation Specialist is responsible for the seamless execution of Ultra’s online training and consultation
services. This role combines the duties of technical support, content management, and client coordination to ensure that Ultra’s
Learning Management System (LMS) and consultation services operate smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. LMS Configuration & Management:
o Update existing business operations manuals and convert content from various sources (such as PowerPoint
presentations, PDFs, and other materials) into the LMS.
o Configure the LMS to meet client needs, including setting up courses, programs, testing modules, and certification
processes.
2. Technical Support:
o Provide ongoing technical support for online training sessions and consultations.
o Troubleshoot issues related to the LMS, ensuring a seamless experience for both instructors and participants.
3. Client Coordination:
o Manage scheduling and coordination of online consultation and training sessions.
o Communicate with clients to ensure they have the necessary resources and information for their sessions.
o Handle client inquiries and provide assistance as needed to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
4. Content Integration:
o Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to integrate content into the LMS.
o Ensure that all content is accurately represented and easily accessible within the platform.
5. System Optimization:
o Continuously optimize the LMS for performance and user experience.
o Implement updates and improvements as required to keep the system current and efficient.
6. Reporting & Feedback:
o Monitor the effectiveness of the training and consultation programs, gathering feedback from participants and
clients.
o Report findings to the Online Consultation & Training Program Manager, and suggest areas for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in managing and configuring Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong technical support skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with clients and manage schedules.
Ability to convert and integrate various types of content into digital formats.
Experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in an online training or educational environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
