Reports To: Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales & Business Development Location: Metro Manila (with occasional travel to Calamba Distillery and regional accounts) Employment Type: Full-Time Seniority Level: Entry level Job Function: Sales and Business Development Industry: Food and Beverage Manufacturing Job Objective: To support the sales and distribution of Archipelago spirits by executing field sales activities, maintaining account relationships, and assisting in brand activation across on-premise, off-premise, online, and duty-free channels. This role contributes to commercial growth by ensuring product visibility, order fulfillment, and consistent brand representation. Key Responsibilities Sales Management Ensures sales targets are achieved at all times. Submits monthly sales performance and analysis reports. Develops and implements action plans for the achievement of targets. Conducts market and competition studies and surveys. Computes and assigns individual sales targets for each staff member every month and monitors individual achievements. (if with direct reports) Inventory Management Ensures that the outlet’s inventory value is within applied variances. Coordinates with the Operations Department on concerns regarding products. Orders stocks for outright accounts handled. Properly coordinates with Operations on any damaged products or items for disposal due to breakage. Operations Ensures that the outlet maintains and implements all operational standards and procedures at all times. Ensures preparedness for activation or other brand activities. Coordinates with concerned departments for various general and specific outlet concerns. Ensures that all required records, logbooks, and other outlet documents are maintained and updated. Discusses operational concerns with outlet department managers. Conduct outlet visits following a regular schedule approved by the Sales Manager. Manage inventory, sales, and customer service for these outlets. Ensure that expenses of these outlets are within the applied budgets. Conduct on-the-spot inspections of the selling floor or display area, stockroom (if available), and day-to-day operations. Brand Activation & Client Engagement Represent the brand during tastings, events, and activations as needed. Communicate product features, brand story, and value propositions to clients and consumers. Support the development and distribution of Point-of-Sale materials. Assist in resolving basic customer service concerns (e.g., delivery delays, pricing queries). Internal Coordination Collaborate with the marketing, logistics, and production teams for campaign execution. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews. Maintain accurate records of account visits, sales activities, and client interactions. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (F&B, retail, or spirits industry a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for sales, brand storytelling, and customer engagement. Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
