JOB SUMMARY The Sales Officer (Account Management & Sales Development) will drive revenue growth by leading a distribution sales team, managing key accounts, and capturing new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership, account management expertise, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives. The officer will also foster long‑term client partnerships while ensuring operational excellence and team performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts. Understand their requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs. Identify opportunities to upsell. Sales and Business Development: Achieve sales targets by creating new strategies and identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry developments to identify potential growth areas. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including prompt response to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Order Management: Coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics, inventory, and finance, to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. Attend industry events to expand the company’s customer base. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and make data‑driven recommendations for business growth. Product understanding: Stay knowledgeable about product specifications and competitive landscape; effectively communicate product benefits to clients and address customer inquiries. Leadership/Supervising: Responsible for setting and monitoring sales targets aligned with company objectives, mentoring and motivating junior staff, and fostering long‑term client partnerships. The role also involves implementing and refining sales strategies, providing management with actionable market insights, and addressing challenges with effective solutions to drive sustainable growth. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of any 4‑year degree in business administration, marketing, or engineering. Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B Sales Distribution. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role. Background in consumer electronics, lifestyle, or fast‑moving technology products is a plus. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Proven track record in hitting sales targets and growing distribution channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly with Excel & PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly organized, data‑driven, and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment. Adept in developing and maintaining business relationships with all leadership positions. Open to fieldwork and reporting on‑site in Mandaluyong as needed. Driving skills preferred.
