Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – able to push back Proactively provides real‑time feedback to keep delivery on track and address issues as they arise. Facilitates resolving impediments or blockers and escalates where necessary Is a coach, facilitator, and leader who reinforces target agile behaviors, helps improve delivery performance, and satisfaction Sets up and facilitates Agile ceremonies and processes Facilitates the adoption of agile principles & practices Helps educate the squad on Agile practices and identifies Agile Team improvement opportunities Focuses squads on value creation Facilitates and actively participates in Agile events Identifies obstacles to team performance; facilitates resolution and escalates where necessary Identifies opportunities to increase feature velocity Greater positive impact to specific organizational entities Able to quantify impact of work to demonstrate value Technical Knowledge and Skills: At least 2-4 years with experience as a Scrum Master delivering complex technology solutions Strong working knowledge of key aspects of role Staying abreast of developments in own technical discipline and able to recognize and translate these to own working environment Possesses analytical skills and appreciates complex situations to achieve resolution Working knowledge of business intelligence, business process, and/or correspondence management platforms and integrating systems via API/web services is preferred Knowledge of Agile planning and tracking tools Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Atos by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
