We are looking for a results-driven Scrum Master who will be responsible for guiding Agile teams through the delivery lifecycle while promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, deep knowledge of Agile principles, and a proven track record in managing complex projects within the financial technology or banking industry.


Key Responsibilities

Agile Implementation & Team Facilitation

  • Lead the adoption of Agile and Scrum principles across teams to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assess the Agile maturity of the team and coach them toward higher performance levels.
  • Create a safe and trusting environment that encourages open communication and innovation.
  • Ensure adherence to the Definition of Done (DoD) and quality standards for all deliverables.
  • Promote collaboration and ownership, supporting team members in meeting sprint goals and personal commitments.

Team Management & Coaching

  • Manage Agile teams composed of diverse skill sets (developers, QA, UI/UX, BAs).
  • Mentor and support team members through feedback and continuous learning.
  • Identify blockers and actively work to remove impediments that affect productivity.
  • Encourage an atmosphere of growth, accountability, and problem-solving.

Product Owner Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between the Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the product backlog is properly groomed, prioritized, and ready for sprint planning.
  • Support the Product Owner in roadmap maintenance, backlog refinement, and alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate understanding of market positioning, competition, and product priorities.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Maintain and report Agile performance metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and defect ratios.
  • Track and analyze team capacity to enhance planning and forecasting accuracy.
  • Use metrics to identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen delivery predictability.
