We are seeking a highly skilled
Scrum Master
to support our product and engineering teams in the
Philippines
in delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate is a servant leader, strong facilitator, and advocate for continuous improvement. You will ensure Scrum practices are followed, remove impediments, and help the team operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies
  • Support the Product Owner
  • Enable high-performing teams
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Improve communication & alignment
  • Support delivery & execution

Key Requirements:

  • Currently residing in the
    Philippines
    with a valid BIR TIN as a freelancer.
  • Willingness to travel to Germany a few times per year for technical workshops.
  • Ability to work from a dedicated home office during the European time zone (e.g., 2 PM - 11 PM PHT).
  • Minimum of 3 years in software development (preferably full-stack) in a Scrum environment
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies
  • Experience in Github, and other Agile tools
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
