Your Role As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will: Support others by carrying out simple financial monitoring tasks. Ensure that account payable is processed accurately, timely and in adherence to the DOA. Post all supplier invoices daily, or as required by legislation (PTRS) or individual supplier payment terms. Manage Expense Reports and data. Understand expense accounts and cost centres. Prepare weekly payment commitment reports. Complete cashflow management activities. Post all Concur expense reports. Perform credit card reconciliations. Execute basic data entry tasks, including data verification. Use standard office software to format letters, memoranda and routine reports. Maintain files and records. Perform basic data reporting tasks to support the team using established procedures. About You Some college, no degree required; a bachelor’s degree in accounting is desired but not required. 2‑3 years of experience in accounting. Data entry is part of the job. Understanding of Accounts Payable and banking functions. Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines. Initiative. Attention to detail. Time management. Demonstration of honesty and integrity. Ability to work in a team environment.
