  • Preferable to have a good mix of Non technology plus technology projects.
  • Ability to consolidate multiple initiatives (e.g., automation, AI, process improvement, role transitions) into a single, integrated project plan
  • Skilled in presenting plans and updates to the right stakeholders at the right time
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills across diverse project types
  • Confident in engaging with business leaders to support project delivery
  • Able to ask thoughtful, probing questions to understand operational needs
  • Willingness to learn and understand end-to-end business processes
  • Capable of identifying gaps or overlooked areas in business operations and suggesting improvements
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities
  • KPI Management
  • Handled large and multiple end to end transitions with different levels of complexities. Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones
  • Experience in due diligence for transition, process mapping, business case creation, cost benefit analysis, project planning and implementation
  • Create and maintain the project deliverables including but not limited to project plan, risk plan, resource management plan, weekly project status reports, communications plan, meeting minutes, actions/issues/decisions register
  • Report program status and escalate risks & issues along with mitigation ideas
  • Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management
  • Relationship management
  • Works well with teams and promotes best practice sharing
  • Successful partnering with business leaders to understand internal and external customer requirements
  • Ability to network with the entire WTW organization and get things done by building bridges
