Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in Infrastructure projects within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will manage multiple complex initiatives, lead technical teams, and ensure project delivery meets cost, scope, and schedule expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end project ownership (cost, scope, and timeline).

Manage project risks, issues, and escalations effectively.

Oversee Infrastructure-related project delivery in alignment with business and technology objectives.

Coordinate with the BAU team and Service Delivery Manager on project transitions and support activities.

Ensure 99.8% success rate on project changes and approvals through CAB.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.

Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Work during non-business hours or weekends as needed for project implementations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum 12 years of experience managing Infrastructure projects in the banking domain.

Strong understanding of Infrastructure terminologies and project lifecycle.

Proven ability to manage technical teams effectively.

Certified Project Manager (PMP or Agile).

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in requirement documentation, project planning, and scope definition.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Skills in cost estimation, budgeting, risk analysis, and WBS creation.

Strong time management and multitasking ability.

Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMP, Prince2).

Experience reporting on project schedule, scope, cost, and risk.

Flexible work ethics and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
