Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the wider CRM & Automation and Talent teams to understand requirements and develop automated workflows and targeted campaigns.
- Maintain clean and actionable data while using analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Regular campaign and monthly reporting.
- Optimize the CRM platform to improve efficiency, enhance user adoption, and support business goals.
- 2+ years in HubSpot CRM administration.
- Proficient in custom code, integrations, and CRM customization (workflows, dashboards, reporting).
- Familiar with Teams, Outlook, Maxio, and Snowflake.
- Ability to lead projects, identify process improvements, and drive CRM initiatives.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and data management skills.
