Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the wider CRM & Automation and Talent teams to understand requirements and develop automated workflows and targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain clean and actionable data while using analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Regular campaign and monthly reporting.
  • Optimize the CRM platform to improve efficiency, enhance user adoption, and support business goals.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in HubSpot CRM administration.
  • Proficient in custom code, integrations, and CRM customization (workflows, dashboards, reporting).
  • Familiar with Teams, Outlook, Maxio, and Snowflake.
  • Ability to lead projects, identify process improvements, and drive CRM initiatives.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and data management skills.
