Overview

Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time). We have plans to expand to 500+ employees before the end of 2028/.

Our existing growth has been organic via referrals, networks, and growth of pioneer accounts. We now want to rapidly accelerate our growth by hiring a proven SDR to work directly with our owners on building a best-in-class sales process. You will be 1 of 1, our first (founding SDR). You will be solely responsible for top of funnel and strategically prospect into enterprise accounts to build high-quality pipeline, for conversion by our SLT.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in Building our Sales Process

    Work with our owners and SLT on building a sales process you can own, and be confident in working within

  2. Lead Prospecting & List Building

    Research and build lists of potential business customers using LinkedIn, online directories, and internal CRM. Use tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, or similar for data enrichment

  3. Outbound Outreach

    Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to initiate contact with decision-makers (at scale). Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT or CHAMP.

  4. Appointment Setting

    Book meetings, maintaining a set number of outbound touchpoints.

  5. CRM & Pipeline Management

    Accurately log all activities and outcomes into Hubspot. Maintain data hygiene and follow-up tasks on schedule.

  6. Market Research & Intelligence

    Stay updated on competitors, market changes, and target industries. Identify key buying signals and industry trends.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in a mid-senior SDR / Growth role selling Business Process Outsourcing into the Australian and NAM market
  • Deliverability Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of domain warming, inbox rotation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and bounce management
  • Proven ability to build quality pipeline with verifiable professional references
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience using HubSpot in a sales capacity, including automations / workflows
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience using data tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo or similar
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Exposure to Google Workspace highly regarded
  • Exposure to AI tools to drive efficiencies in the sales process highly regarded
  • A desire to lead a growth team (we see the founding SDR role as a pathway to leading a team as we scale over the next 12-18 months)
