AVP - Human Resources | Strategic HR Professional | Engagement Champion | Talent Acquisition Expert | Driving Operational Excellence and Employee… POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (SENIOR MANAGER LEVEL) RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices. Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Organizational Development Design and implement organizational development programs that support employee growth and development. Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to address skill gaps. Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various topics, including leadership development, team building, and performance management. Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives. Employee Engagement Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs. Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Provide HR insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. With at least 5 - 7 Years of experience in Recruitment and Organizational Development. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and organizational development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
