Overview

As an Account Executive, you will foster client relationships, create effective marketing solutions, and ensure successful project delivery to meet healthcare industry needs.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets through business development, client acquisition, and new project proposals.
  • Secure at least one new client/project annually to expand business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a Client database, tracking brand contacts, billing procedures, and payment terms.
  • Create networking opportunities and host client engagement activities twice a year.
  • Keep clients updated through quarterly newsletters and industry insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop customized project proposals and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Provide strategic solutions to meet client campaign objectives and execution needs.
  • Oversee project implementation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Deliver formal post-evaluation reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure all documentation, Purchase Orders (POs), and Cost Estimates (CEs) are submitted on time.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide clients with competitive feedback and new marketing concepts.
  • Ensure post-project receivables are settled in compliance with Finance policies.
Qualifications
  • Preferable with experience as an Account Executive in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in events, activations, or marketing.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop creative and strategic marketing solutions.
  • Willing to work on-site for client meetings and project execution.
