Key Responsibilities
  • Inspection Execution: Conduct inspections according to the company’s schedule, ensuring all processes align with client requirements and company SOPs and WIs.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with office staff and factory representatives to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting: Accurately document inspection findings and complete detailed reports.
  • Documentation Control: Assist in maintaining and controlling inspection documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Verification: Collaborate with technical supervisors to verify inspection results.
  • Versatility: Perform various types of inspection services (IPI/DPI/FRI) independently.
  • Leadership: Lead and monitor inspection sites, ensuring coordination and alignment of reports in the absence of senior inspectors.
  • Training: Serve as an on-site trainer for newcomers when appointed.
  • Issue Resolution: Report any discrepancies or inquiries found during inspections to supervisors for prompt resolution.
Qualifications
  • Education: College degree required.
  • Licensure: Not applicable (if needed for the role).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing and inspection, with a strong background in both areas.
  • Preferred Industry: Open to any industry.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in manufacturing and inspection processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership experience is preferable.
