Key Responsibilities

Product Registration: Prepares, evaluates, and submits all necessary documents for initial applications, renewals, and amendments for product registration with the FDA.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensures the company's cosmetics and related activities comply with all FDA regulations, including ASEAN Cosmetic Directive (ACD) standards.

Document Management: Compiles, maintains, and monitors the completeness and quality of product information files and technical data for each product.

Label & Formulation Review: Conducts checks to ensure product labels and formulations conform to Philippine FDA standards and approved limits.

Liaison with Authorities: Acts as the primary point of contact to liaise with and follow up on applications with the Philippine FDA and other relevant government bodies.

Regulatory Updates: Develops and maintains a schedule for periodic regulatory updates, ensuring all submissions are filed within timelines.

Audits & Inspections: Coordinates and monitors internal or supplier audits for regulatory compliance and prepares for and coordinates with FDA inspectors.

Permit & License Management: Oversees the obtaining and renewal of government licenses and permits necessary for the company's operations.
