IT Support Team Lead

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in a NOC or IT infrastructure environment. 1+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong understanding of networking protocols, system monitoring tools, and incident management. Experience with tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Senju, Netgain or similar monitoring platforms. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a high‑pressure, 24/7 operational environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications: Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL, or similar. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
