Assistant Team Lead/ IT Support

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Team Lead to support our growing operations team. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Team Leader in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all video recordings.
- Assist in training, guiding, and mentoring new Players to meet recording standards and performance expectations.
- Conduct hourly checks, verify recording information, and ensure timely uploads and log submissions.
- Collaborate closely with Player Operations and IT teams to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.
- Monitor performance metrics, handle exceptions, and enforce compliance with company processes and output quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team support role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable coordinating with IT and operations teams.
