Description:

  • Document Management

    • Monitor, file, retain, and coordinate disposal of contracts
    • Send contract renewal reminders at specified intervals
    • Sort and dispatch invoices for LPG Trade and Industrial Trade
    • Scan documents and monitor fixed assets

  • Document Encoding/Processing

    • Prepare and update PAS Forms (e.g., Reports, Plans, Inspection, Audit)
    • Pre-process PAS report data
    • Handle Petron Fleet Card buy-back documentation
    • Report EIDDS penalties and perform E-PAW maintenance (create/edit users, roles, update mappings, add list types)
    • Manage REND documents for database encoding (e.g., lease, certification, proposals)

  • Discounting/Credit Note Support

    • Support account-specific discount enrollments and credit notes for retail sales
    • Handle Petron-BPI reimbursement claims

  • Dispatch & Inventory

    • Dispatch supplies and vehicles (Jeepneys, cabs, taxis, tricycles, UV Express)
    • Allocate and dispatch thermal paper
    • Dispatch BIR 2307 forms for service stations
