About This Job
Specialist supports Accounting, Finance, Procurement, and Treasury services by performing data input and processing transactions in compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures. In addition, this individual will conduct investigations and execute on solutions for any issues as instructed.

  • Performs transaction processing for treasury service clients, payroll employee transactions, purchase orders and invoice processing.
  • Performs account reviews, transaction settlement and processing, and resolves transaction exceptions or rejections related to payable/receivable accounts by following established policies and procedures.
  • Analyzes information to determine the accuracy and completeness of transaction data, proactively identifying and escalating risks to the next level.
  • Provides clear, complete, and accurate responses for inquiries, makes investigations and issues resolution with client accounts, seeks opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Works closely with other teams to implement improvement plan for effective collections and reduction of delinquencies by participating in the collection of receivables, making collection calls and directing other communications.
  • Complies with auditing and reconciling practices.
  • Documents procedures as needed.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Makes system and process recommendations to improve efficiency of departments.
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
