We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and manage a team to ensure high performance and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and meet company goals.
Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team to meet company objectives and maintain high-quality standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Resolve issues and address employee concerns or conflicts in a timely manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support employee development.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory, scheduling, and workflow.
- Assist in training new employees and ensure ongoing staff development.
- Maintain records and report on team performance, productivity, and goals.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improvement and growth.
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts and provide constructive feedback.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or relevant software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
