Job Description As a US Bookkeeper/Payroll Admin, you'll ensure accuracy across financial records, maintain reconciliations, prepare reports, and support U.S. tax documentation while collaborating with CPAs. Visit ) Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Bachelor's in Accounting 2+ years of bookkeeping experience At least 3 years of US payroll experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications QuickBooks Online Certifications Proficiency with modern IT tools and accounting systems Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail Positive, professional attitude with the ability to build trusting relationships Your Daily Tasks Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients Record and categorize financial transactions (bank, credit card, etc.) Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly Prepare and maintain general ledger entries with supporting documentation Generate monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements Monitor client cash flow and flag discrepancies or unusual activity Ensure client-specific accounting procedures are followed and deadlines are met Work closely with CPAs to ensure books are clean and tax-ready Assist in preparing year-end financial documentation for tax purposes in the United States of America Stay current with bookkeeping best practices and QuickBooks Online features Who are we?
