We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop our inside sales team, focusing on outbound sales to customers across Australia and New Zealand. Based in the Philippines, this role will be responsible for managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives, driving performance, and executing outbound strategies to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing telesales or inside sales teams, a strong understanding of the AU/NZ market, and the ability to inspire and coach a high-performing sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Establish clear performance metrics, monitor results, and implement strategies to drive improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and growth in the AU/NZ market.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and markets to expand OX Group’s presence.
- Collaborate with the Australian sales leadership to align activities with overall business objectives.
- Support the team in engaging with key customers, addressing escalations, and building long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality customer interactions that reflect OX Group’s brand and values.
Performance & Reporting
- Track team KPIs and report on performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and the AU/NZ sales team to maximise lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure CRM usage and data accuracy across the team.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in inside sales management.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and conversion rates.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of managing and motivating inside sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand B2B market.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Experience in the construction, trade, or tools industry is highly desirable.
The candidate must be based in the Philippines.
Duty schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST
