Role Description: We’re hiring a Customer Service & Operations Representative to join our remote team. This is a full‑time startup role where you’ll assist patients, process orders, and ensure every interaction runs smoothly from consultation to medication delivery. You’ll handle a mix of patient communication and backend operational tasks, so attention to detail, empathy, and fast learning are key. Responsibilities Respond to patient inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a clear, professional manner. Process and track patient orders accurately within our portal and CRM. Coordinate with pharmacies and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Update patient records, verify information, and manage follow‑ups. Escalate issues to care coordinators or management when needed. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions. Assist in improving workflows as LumiMeds continues to scale. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or telehealth operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required). Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Tech‑savvy and comfortable with multiple tools (Slack, Intercom, Google Workspace, CRM systems, Dialpad). Able to work independently and adapt to a fast‑changing startup environment. Prior experience in healthcare, pharmacy coordination, or medical support is a plus.
