Overview

JOB TITLE: Construction Manager (Electrical – Solar Power Plant)

EMPLOYMENT: 2-Year Contract

SALARY: PHP 110,000–150,000

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a licensed Electrical Engineer with strong construction management experience to lead the development of a solar power plant in Nueva Ecija. This role requires proven leadership skills, technical expertise in electrical engineering, and the ability to manage site operations effectively throughout the project’s duration.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for the solar power plant project.
  • Supervise and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Oversee electrical engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with industry codes and safety standards.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, designs, and specifications.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards; implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to project stakeholders.
  • Foster teamwork and mentor site personnel to achieve performance and quality objectives.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management, preferably in solar power plant or large-scale electrical projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, renewable energy infrastructure, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Nueva Ecija under a 2-year project-based contract.
