Company/Site Doctor – Construction Project

Location: Gapan City, Nueva Ecija

Type: Part time- 6 hours per week

Job Description

Provide on-site medical care and occupational health services to construction workers and staff. Ensure employee wellness and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose, and treat minor injuries and illnesses
  • Administer first aid and emergency care onsite
  • Evaluate environmental and occupational hazards; recommend health safeguards
  • Review annual physical exams, issue Fit-to-Work clearances
  • Maintain medical records and prepare required health reports
  • Develop workplace health programs, educational sessions on wellness and preventive measures
  • Serve as medical advisor for the OSH (Occupational Safety & Health) team; coordinate with Safety Officers

Qualifications

  • Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) with a valid PRC license
  • Minimum 3–5 years clinical medical experience; 3+ years in construction or occupational health preferred
  • Completed Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) or Occupational Medicine certificate advantageous
  • Member of Philippine College of Occupational Medicine
  • Strong communication, record-keeping, and crisis-management skills
