Construction Dispute Resolution Manager

The primary focus of this role will be to manage and oversee all aspects of claims and dispute resolution on construction projects. This includes identifying potential disputes, preparing detailed documentation, analyzing contract terms, and collaborating with legal teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Essential Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in claims or dispute resolution in the construction industry, with an advantage for those with experience in Solar power plant projects.
- In-depth understanding of FIDIC, NEC, or other standard forms of contracts.
- Strong knowledge of construction law, delay analysis, and cost claims methodologies.
- Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and claims tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex issues independently.
- Willingsness to be assigned in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.
