The Purchasing Staff is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, tools, and services necessary for construction projects. This role ensures the timely delivery of quality supplies within budget to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourced and procured construction materials that were in line with project requirements.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or delays.

  • Process and manage purchase orders and documentation.

  • Coordinate logistics to ensure the timely delivery of materials to construction sites.

  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve supply issues quickly.

  • Collaborate with project teams to align procurement plans with schedules.

  • Perform market research and analyze trends to forecast needs and costs.

  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.

    • Experience is an advantage.

    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

    • Familiarity with construction materials and vendors.

    • Proficiency in procurement software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

    • Amenable to work in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.
