Location: Gapan City, Nueva Ecija

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed quality plans outlining inspection procedures, testing methods, and acceptance criteria for each construction phase, ensuring compliance with project documents and relevant regulations.

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials to verify quality and compliance with specifications, including sampling and testing in a laboratory when necessary.

  • Regularly monitor construction activities on site, performing inspections to ensure proper workmanship, adherence to design drawings, and compliance with quality standards.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of inspection findings, test results, non-conformance reports, and corrective action taken, ensuring accurate recordkeeping throughout the project.

  • Generate regular quality reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and any identified issues to project management, including recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure they understand and follow project quality requirements, monitor their work, and address any quality concerns.

  • Provide training to construction personnel on quality procedures, inspection methods, and safety protocols related to quality control.

  • Conduct internal quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance with established quality standards.

  • Analyze non-conformance reports, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering related fields (Civil, Structural, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of construction practices, building codes, and industry quality standards

  • Knowledge of materials testing methods and procedures

  • Experience with NDT techniques

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Proficiency in relevant software for documentation and reporting
