Position Overview As a Recruitment Lead, you will lead and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that our talent acquisition strategies align with the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment team, optimizing sourcing efforts, and collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates. Work Schedule and Arrangement 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Gliding Shift, Onsite. Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu. Key Responsibilities Strategic Recruitment Planning Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning. Monitor hiring trends and ensure recruitment targets are met effectively and efficiently. Team Leadership and Development Review and ensure recruiters are implementing the correct screening and reprofiling process for each hiring goal. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruitment associates and specialists. Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for team members. Talent Sourcing and Employer Branding Oversee sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels. Ensure that sourcing efforts directly contribute to hiring goals. Process Management and Optimization Standardize and continuously improve recruitment workflows and tools. Ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience from application to onboarding. Track and analyze recruitment KPIs to drive data-informed decision‑making. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies. Ensure alignment and communication across all recruitment touchpoints. Compliance and Reporting Maintain accurate and compliant documentation using the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field. At least 3–5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience for BPO companies, with 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, assessment methods, and recruitment metrics. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in ATS platforms and Google Workspace tools. Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Salary and Monetary Benefits (PHP) Monthly salary: 40,000 – 50,000 PHP. New hire bonus: 5,000 PHP. Risk allowance: 2,000 PHP. Perks and Other Benefits Paid Training Period.
