Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews and schedule final interviews with hiring managers. Facilitate pre-employment requirements and background checks. Maintain an updated database of applicants and job postings. Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees. Participate in job fairs and recruitment-related activities. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics. Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned by the HR Manager. Job Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 6 months or 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR functions (fresh graduates may be considered). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with online recruitment tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
