Overview

HR Senior Officer at Mocasa - Pay Later Anywhere

About the Role: We are seeking an expert to lead risk management for our salary loan and early salary advance platform. You will be responsible for establishing comprehensive risk frameworks, managing enterprise client onboarding, and developing credit assessment policies for our B2B2C fintech business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks covering credit, operational, compliance, and liquidity risks
  • Establish enterprise client onboarding standards and due diligence procedures for corporate partnerships
  • Design and optimize employee loan approval policies and credit scoring models
  • Build fraud detection systems and alternative data-driven risk assessment models
  • Create risk monitoring dashboards and reporting systems for management
  • Conduct stress testing and portfolio risk analysis
  • Collaborate with business teams to balance risk control with growth objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 5+ years of risk management experience in salary loans
  • Experience with credit risk modeling, data analysis, and statistical tools (SQL, Python)
  • Familiarity with B2B2C business models and salary loan products
  • Professional certifications (FRM, CFA, PRM) are advantageous
  • Excellent English communication skills
