Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based) Schedule: US Business Hours (CST) | Full-Time (40 hours/week) Role Type: Independent Contractor Rate: Approximately ₱470 per hour + performance-based quarterly bonus Why this role matters We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to support a US-based company specializing in safety and infrastructure services. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth—researching leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and building relationships that convert into lasting partnerships. What you’ll do Business Development & Lead Generation Conduct market and prospect research to identify new business opportunities. Perform outreach to target customers via email and phone. Coordinate and triage inbound and outbound sales calls. Support proposal creation, quoting, and lead follow-ups. Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities in Pipedrive CRM.
