Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator - On Site Tagline: Drive growth through smart digital outreach — turning local visibility into qualified leads. Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive customer acquisition and engagement through targeted digital outreach and content execution. This role will prioritize high-leverage digital channels (email, LinkedIn, social) and list/data work to capture inbound demand and generate qualified inquiries for the onshore sales team. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing & Outreach Strategy (primary focus) Build and manage Constant Contact workflows, including if-then automations and nurture paths. Segment lists by industry, ZIP code, customer type and engagement stage; design targeted messaging per segment. Craft email content and sequences for acquisition, nurture, promotions, and hand-off to sales. Manage ongoing nurture programs to warm inbound leads and optimize hand-offs to the onshore team. Track email KPIs (open, click, reply, conversion) and iterate on messaging and segmentation. Data / List Building Conduct internet research to build targeted business lists by ZIP code and sector (restaurants, legal, healthcare, real estate, schools, etc.). Enrich lists with contact roles, phone/email, website, and relevant notes for personalized outreach. Maintain and update lists in the CRM; ensure hygiene and accurate segmentation. Social Execution & Local Presence Activate and manage UPS Store 3674 social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) using franchisor-provided content plus localized posts. Execute community-infiltration tactics: promotional posts, event tie-ins, local partnerships, and engagement to drive inquiries. Monitor social engagement and convert social interest into tracked leads. Sales Support & Lead Hand offs Own digital touchpoints: email replies, LinkedIn messages, social inquiries, and scheduling for demos/quotes. Coordinate hand offs: warm leads and qualified opportunities to Shan/onshore team for live calls and closing. Focus on higher-leverage digital outbound and inbound conversion. Candidate may perform light outreach when required, but budget and effort will prioritize digital channels. Tracking & Reporting Log outreach and enrichment activities in CRM; track conversion metrics and report weekly on outreach performance and pipeline progress. Recommend optimizations to workflows, segmentation, and social content based on performance data. Requirements 2+ years in sales & marketing coordination, demand generation, or growth marketing. Proven hands-on experience building workflows & automations in Constant Contact (or similar platforms). Strong email marketing skills: segmentation, cadence design, A/B testing, and nurture programs. Experience with LinkedIn outreach and social channel activation for business audiences. Demonstrated ability to build targeted B2B lists by ZIP code and sector through internet research. Comfortable managing CRM entries and lead flows; solid organizational follow-up. Excellent written and verbal communication. Self-motivated, independent worker who can execute with minimal supervision. Nice to Have Experience in retail printing, franchise marketing systems, or local store activation. Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe Express) for localized social/email assets. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach automation tools. Prior experience coordinating with an onshore (closing) sales team.
