Responsibilities- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff members.
- Prepare and process documentation, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of materials and orientation schedules.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to support ongoing functions.
- Bookkeeping and filing BIR reports
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders.
- Proficient in office software tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Preferably Accounting graduate
