Role Overview The HR Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of HR processes, employee services, and compliance activities. This position supports HR functions including employee data management, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about providing excellent employee experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations processes, including employee onboarding, data management, and offboarding. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in payroll coordination, government benefits processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), and HR documentation. Support HR reporting and analytics to provide insights for decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll, and Employee Relations teams for seamless HR service delivery. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes in a timely and professional manner. Participate in HR audits, process improvements, and system enhancements. Support HR initiatives, engagement programs, and other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or shared services environment, preferably in a BPO or multinational company . Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government benefits processing, and HR compliance. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-oriented mindset and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
