About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our team at JRBUILDERS COMPANY INC. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring optimal cost control and profitability. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects Analyse and manage project costs, including monitoring and reporting on variations and changes Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders Provide technical advice and support to the construction team on cost-related matters Produce progress reports and financial statements for project management and clients Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quantity surveying and cost management processes Qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Chartered Surveyor status or membership in a relevant professional body Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and project controls Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically Proficient in using quantity surveying software and MS Office applications Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills What we offer At JRBUILDERS COMPANY INC., we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
