Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals across various disciplines. Build and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals. Oversee campaign development, execution, and performance across channels. Manage brand communications and ensure consistent brand identity and messaging. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Merchandising. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Manage budgets and external partners to ensure efficient marketing execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, preferably within the retail industry. Proven experience managing and mentoring a marketing team. Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and integrated campaigns. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
