Recruitment Marketing Manager Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Hybrid Setup) Company: eClerx Manila Department: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite About the Role The Recruitment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that attract top talent to eClerx Manila. This role bridges recruitment and marketing — combining creative branding, digital campaign management, and data‑driven insights to boost talent engagement and build a strong employer brand presence both online and offline. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, job boards, career fairs, referral programs, and partnerships). Employer Branding: Strengthen eClerx’s employer brand through storytelling, creative content, employee features, and campaigns that highlight culture, career growth, and success stories. Social Media Management: Oversee all recruitment‑related social media content, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity aligned with company branding guidelines. Talent Attraction Analytics: Monitor performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion rates, cost‑per‑application) and recommend improvements based on data insights. Collaboration: Partner closely with Recruitment Leads, Sourcing Teams, and Corporate Communications to align hiring priorities with marketing strategies. Content Development: Create or manage production of recruitment collaterals, videos, graphics, and digital ads that resonate with target audiences (Accounting, Customer Service, Creative, IT, etc.). Market Research: Stay updated with talent market trends, competitor employer branding initiatives, and candidate behavior to continuously evolve strategies. Vendor and Budget Management: Manage relationships with advertising agencies, job boards, and recruitment platforms to ensure effective ROI on all marketing spends. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Talent Acquisition within a BPO, Shared Services, or Tech environment. Proven experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for talent attraction. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills. Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Creative mindset with a passion for candidate experience and brand storytelling.
