Job Description

As a Change Management Analyst/Consultant, you will be instrumental in facilitating smooth transitions within the organization by overseeing the people aspect of change.
Your main focus will be comprehensive change management, including impact analysis, and executing initiatives to drive stakeholder adoption. Additionally, you will support efforts to seamlessly integrate new processes, systems, and structures across the organization.

  • Analyze the impact of organizational changes to understand their effects.
  • Assist in developing and executing communication plans, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to evaluate preparedness and address potential challenges.
  • Monitor progress and collect feedback to gauge stakeholder adaptation to changes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Open to recent graduates or those with 1-3 years of experience in change management, including but not limited to those with backgrounds in HR, learning and development, marketing, sales, business analysis, and technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled in facilitating discussions and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and recognize patterns.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and effectively influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with change management, organizational development, or business process analysis is beneficial.
