UBX is developing platforms that embed financial services into customer and business experiences to make banking more accessible and, ultimately, invisible in daily life. Our customers are participants in ecosystems built on platforms that support multi-participant markets and multi-point transactions.

Customer focus: Our ecosystem has participants such as financial institutions (e.g., rural banks, coops, lenders), customers of these institutions, financial service providers (lenders, insurers), and technology providers that build solutions on top of the platform.

What you will do
  • Analyze business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards
  • Create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy
  • Assist the restructuring of staff components to optimize effective project implementation
  • Track implementation progress and report back to management
  • Evaluate cost structures and budgetary impact of proposed changes
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of working experience in structuring changes for organizations
  • BSc/BA in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics and spreadsheet software such as Excel
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of change management principles and methodology
  • Contract: 6 Months with a possibility to extend depending on project needs
